For you music nerds out there, the best thing about this battle theme is that
it is written in 5/4.
This means each bar has an unsettling sense of urgency because of either
missing one beat (for 6/8) or three extra beats (for common time) to complete
the musical thought according to 8 bar form.
The next best thing is that it plays around with a Neapolitan fifth in A
minor (you hear it first at 0:06). It also heavily employs natural minor and
avoids any real cadences. With a compounding sense of urgency from incomplete
phrases and skillful employment of chromatic chords, it's no wonder why one
can play through 100 hours of this game and still be excited to hear the main
battle theme.
雖然用google翻了一次但感覺不是很順
大意是說這首曲子的節奏刻意設計得不是很完整而且很緊湊
所以不會讓人很膩
真的是這樣嗎？
