From October 15, there will be changes to login procedures and certain
methods of payment that will no longer be accepted.

1. Login Changes (登入方式變更)
To ensure that everyone’s shopping experience on the hololive production
OFFICIAL SHOP is secure and convenient, we are updating login procedures as
follows:

Customers logging in using their email address
・You will still be able to log in to the hololive production OFFICIAL SHOP
using your existing email address and password. In such cases, please input
your email address and password without clicking the Sign in with Google,
Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Shop Pay options.
・You will be issued a hololive Account the first time you log in.
・To comply with international laws and regulations, customers who have not
registered their date of birth and country/region of residence will be
prompted to do so.
・The URL for the login page will change; please update any bookmarks that
contain the old URL.
Customers logging in using their Shop ID
・The current screen will no longer be displayed, and you will need to log in
using the new login screen. You may also log in using the Sign in with Shop
Pay button.
使用電子郵件登入的顧客
・您仍可使用現有的電子郵件地址與密碼登入官方商店。
在此情況下，請直接輸入電子郵件地址與密碼，而不要點選
「使用 Google 登入」、「使用 Apple 登入」或

2. Discontinuation of Shop Pay and PayPal
(停止支援 Shop Pay 與 PayPal)
We will no longer be accepting payments through Shop Pay or PayPal.
・We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, but we kindly ask that
customers currently using PayPal choose another method of payment.
・Shipping information registered with Shop Pay and/or PayPal will no longer
be accepted. The address registered under your official SHOP membership
information will be your shipping address, so please check your information
before making any purchases.
・You can check your registered shipping address for Shop Pay and PayPal at
the links below.

・You can check the address registered to your official shop account at the
link below.
-Edit your registered information:
