簡單說派拉蒙天舞提出了每股31美元的價以及包括支付先前華納兄弟與網飛達成收購的違
約金等種種優惠，讓華納覺得這交易更划算所以打算變心。雖然也給了網飛四天時間提出
更好的交易提案，但消息一出來沒多久網飛就直接拒絕再提高報價的機會。
所以目前派拉蒙逆轉勝了。
